Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026. Short version: no accounts, no ad trackers, minimal data.
What we collect
- Votes. Stored with a one-way hash of a browser fingerprint and a salted hash of your IP address, used only for rate limiting and duplicate prevention. We cannot recover your identity from these hashes.
- Usage events. First-party, cookie-free counters (page views, votes cast, shares) with no cross-site tracking.
- Paid reports. If you purchase a Full Nameprint, we store the full name you submitted, an optional birth year, and the email you provide at checkout (used to deliver and recover your report link). Payment details are handled entirely by Creem, our merchant of record — we never see your card number.
- Optional notifications. If you leave an email to be notified when a queued report is ready, we send one message and delete the address at the same moment.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers, no sale of data. We run Google Analytics for aggregate page-view counts only; it is switched off on the checkout, thank-you, recovery, and paid report pages, and we never send it a name you look up.
- Full names from paid reports are never published, listed, or indexed.
- Paid report pages are excluded from search engines and sitemaps.
Deletion
To delete a paid report and its stored data, use the “Request deletion” link in the report footer or email [email protected] from the purchase email. We hard-delete within 72 hours and confirm by reply.
