Refund Policy

Full Nameprint is a one-time $4.99 purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from the email you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, and typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after

Your report link is deactivated when the refund is issued. Stored report data follows our normal deletion policy.
