Effective date: August 25, 2026. These terms govern your use of mynameprint.com (“the service”).

What the service is

Understand Your Name publishes reports about first names, combining public statistical records (U.S. Social Security Administration birth data, U.S. Census surname frequencies), aggregated anonymous votes from visitors, and clearly labeled AI-written editorial content. Reports are for reflection and entertainment. Perception data is not destiny, and nothing here is advice of any kind.

Voting

Voting requires no account. By voting you grant us the right to aggregate your anonymous responses into published statistics. We apply rate limits and may discard votes that appear automated.

Purchases

Paid reports (“Full Nameprint”) are one-time purchases delivered as a private link. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; Creem handles billing, taxes, and invoices. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked — see our refund policy. Keep your report link private; anyone with the link can view the report.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape at abusive rates, attempt to manipulate vote aggregates, or use the service to harass any person. We may block access to protect the service.

Content and liability

Statistical estimates are approximations and AI-written content is opinion-shaped text, not fact. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
